Project control

During project implementation, we take over all client services that can be delegated. We do all the work for the building owner.

Following the joint definition of goals, we assume project organization tasks, schedule planning, and control, as well as cost and financial planning and control.

We carefully observe all specifications in connection with planning as well as subsequent quantity and quality checks.
