Project coordination

If desired, we put our experience as a general contractor’s representative to good use for the management of projects, irrespective of planners and executing companies.

We influence planning contents and implement the project economically through independent contact awards. Schedule management, site organization, as well as cost and quality monitoring directly at the project, are also included in our service range.

Furthermore, we assume responsibility for contract and risk management.
