Green Building Planning for new objects

We develop plans for buildings that offer maximum thermal comfort at minimum energy consumption. The careful use of resources is ensured. From site analysis to facade and energy system consultation we offer holistic planning control across disciplines. And all this is guided by the Green Building idea. In the end, there is certification according to OGNI or Leed.

Current Certificates

Certification of the first project with the certification system "New construction of health care facilities" according to  DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council) in Europe.
The new oncological Rehabilitation Center St. Veit im Pongau in Austria, built by the VAMED group, will be the first project in Europe certified in accordance with the “Construction of Health Care Facilities 2012“ (NG2-12) standard.
